It is land use and development that balances economic, environmental, and social well-being. It supports thoughtful community growth that is fiscally responsible, improves our quality of life, and respects nature and our planet. Sustainable development meets present needs without compromising the ability of our future generations to meet their own needs.
Drafts of proposed Knox County development regulations for landscaping, open space, storm water management, parking, signs and some tweaking of earlier stuff.
